Learning Disabilities Association, Inc.

LDA Minnesota is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency that helps children, youth, and adults with or at risk for learning and attention challenges achieve their potential in work, school, and life. Three professional educators founded Learning Disabilities Association, Inc. (LDA Minnesota), originally incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1967.

LDA’s newest program, our special education Teacher Prep & Licensure Program, has teacher candidates who are employed while attending LDA’s coursework. Our school partnerships provide quality field experiences while they are becoming future special educators.
